What data this website collects

This website does not collect any personal data. It has no contact form, no user accounts, no comments and no online shop, and it uses no analytics or marketing tools.

Only strictly necessary cookies are stored — they remember your cookie choice and your selected language. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

When you get in touch

The contact details on this website lead directly to our phone numbers and e-mail addresses. If you write or call us, we process the data you provide — typically your name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering your question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 24 months from the last communication. If an enquiry leads to an order, we keep the documentation for the period required by law, in particular by accounting and tax regulations.

Who has access to the data

Besides our employees handling the enquiry, this means the processors running the website and e-mail — our web hosting provider and our e-mail service provider. They are bound by a data processing agreement and process the data solely on our instructions. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

How we protect the data

The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff have access to the data. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to strojon@strojon.cz — we will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.
