Our capabilities

Automated and specialised welding

We carry out automated and manual welding using the TIG, MIG, MAG and SAW methods for pressure equipment made of carbon, stainless and heat-resistant steels. For highly precise welded joints we use orbital welding, which delivers consistent weld quality in the production of tube sheets, tube bundles and process units with demanding requirements on accuracy and repeatability.

Automated welding processes allow us to build pressure equipment with high demands on weld quality, strength and dimensional accuracy.

Precision and inspection

Dimensional accuracy inspection

For dimensional and production accuracy inspection we use the portable CMM KEYENCE WM-6000 3D coordinate measuring system.

The system allows precise inspection of the geometry of welded structures, process assemblies and pressure equipment, including large products directly on the shop floor.

Large volume

Production of large-volume welded shells

For the production of large-volume pressure vessels we use plate rolling technology for thicknesses up to 50 mm.

CNC

CNC machining and precision production

CNC machining ensures high accuracy of seating surfaces, flange joints and functional parts of pressure equipment for demanding operating conditions. For material cutting we use the Omnicut 5000 G cutting machine and the Kjellberg HiFocus 161i plasma source, which allow precise and efficient material processing.

Handling

Handling of heavy weldments

The production halls are equipped with overhead cranes with capacities of 50 t, 25 t and 12.5 t and other handling equipment for safe handling of large pressure vessels and heavy welded structures. Thanks to this we manufacture equipment weighing up to 60 tonnes.
